Refine Property Maintenance was established in 2020 by Ashley Edy and has already developed a large and growing client base spanning across both domestic and commercial sectors. Ashley has over 10 years’ experience in the Building & Construction industry and has developed an in-depth knowledge of an expansive array of trades.

Our sole objective is to provide a quality, trusted and professional service. Our emphasis is on our top quality workmanship and an eye for detail. We are always polite and friendly, punctual and clean – when we leave we take all waste with us, leaving you with just the finished project.

We pride ourselves on honesty.  Our estimates are comprehensive and transparent, with no hidden costs. We do not try to sell unnecessary work and we provide clients with progress photographs throughout their projects.

Ashley oversees the whole process, from initial consultation to finished project.  The company only uses the highest quality materials, locally sourced and purchased where possible, whilst always keeping your budget in mind.

Our domestic client base consists of homeowners, landlords and management companies. We also offer the same services to many commercial clients.
