Fascias, soffits and gutters may only look decorative but this isn’t their only purpose. Guttering is designed to carry water away from your property by redirecting it into downpipes. With fascias and soffits providing ventilation and protecting the end of the roof rafters. Roofline products often go unnoticed, usually left with flaking paint and rotten timber this not only can look unsightly but could also lead to water damage and damp.

Fascia and Soffit
Fascia and soffits are now replaced with U-PVC not only looking more attractive (as they come in a wide range of colours) but they are maintenance free – only requiring a yearly wipe-down to maintain their appearance.
We offer two services here at Refine Property Maintenance – a full replacement or a 9mm over-fascia capping board (only available once we have inspected the current condition of your wooden fascias and soffits). We also fit over-fascia vents and eave trays where needed.
Guttering & Gutter Cleaning
We can clean, repair and replace guttering. Leaking gutter fittings or poorly installed guttering can become a real issue. Guttering comes in a vast array of shape styles and colours, with the most commonly used being black half-round on most properties. Due to current weather conditions here in the UK, deep-flow guttering has become more popular and is widely used. We can install both.
Blocked gutters and downpipes are extremely common but often overlooked, as a result of poor maintenance – especially if your property is surrounded by trees. Safety is key when cleaning gutters, that’s why here at Refine Property Maintenance we can clean up to 4 storeys without the need to leave ground level as we have invested in our own ‘Gutter Sucker’. Making the need for ladders obsolete whilst also allowing access to typically hard-to-reach areas such as above conservatories and tight alleyways.
We can supply before and after pictures with the ‘Gutter Sucker’s’ inbuilt camera, making sure your gutters are truly spotless. If blocked or poorly installed gutters are left too long it can potentially lead to very costly repairs.
